Brief description:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
The CODIFeY collaborative research project is based on the premise that it is not the technology itself, but rather public acceptance, that is hindering the wider adoption of electric mobility. The project aims to educate the public, provide scientifically sound information, and inspire more people to embrace electric mobility. In addition, the project seeks to develop and implement innovative services related to e-mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To this end, CODIFeY is establishing the interactive online community www.emobilisten.de as a mobilization platform. Educational materials and innovative services are being developed for and with the community. Through user-centered innovation processes, interested parties become active contributors and can bring their own ideas and expectations to the table. In this way, people\u2019s needs regarding e-mobility are comprehensively addressed, and market potential increases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From a sustainability perspective, the shift toward electric mobility in society brings with it a wide range of challenges and opportunities. That is why we are addressing the following questions, among others, in this project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are the aspects and stakeholders of electric mobility that are particularly relevant to sustainability?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
What are the areas of innovation that are particularly relevant to sustainability?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
What requirements must service innovations for e-mobility meet in order to be considered sustainable?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
What criteria must a sustainability label for e-mobility services meet?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

CODIFeY is a collaborative project funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). Our department is working on this project together with other research and industry partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
