More specifically, ordonomics is a \u201crational-choice-based analysis of (the interdependencies between) social structure and semantics\u201d (Prof. Beckmann). The social structures and semantics examined in this context have been studied in particular within the framework of corporate responsibility. For example, the following questions were posed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How does the political role of the corporation take shape from Aristotle\u2019s perspective on the bourgeoisie?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How are corporations morally bound?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What economic logic underlies codes of conduct?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This area of research was the focus of particularly intensive work within the award-winning \u201cOrdonomics\u201d research project from 2007 to 2010, and valuable contributions to the field of business ethics were produced for the academic community through numerous publications.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brief description Ordonomics can be understood as an analysis of the relationships between language and society.
